MBA
Shine College offers a four semester, regular Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, that administers a vantage point on real world management from diverse perspectives. It is inclusive of a summer internship program after the first two semesters. The Project report work on the same shall be carried out in the subsequent semesters. The maximum marks that may be awarded for internal examinations and end of semester examinations shall be 30 marks and 70 marks respectively, totaling to 100 marks, for all MBA courses.

BBA
Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) is a 3 year course which helps in building a base in core business disciplines. The course teaches the students various aspects that are necessary for effective business management and essential for entrepreneurs and business managers. It focusses mostly on the leadership and management part of running a company. BBA holders have great opportunity in finding a job in all sectors including Public as well as Private sector industrial world. The methodology of the course includes lectures, seminars, paper presentations, assignments and dissertation.
BBA + MBA
BBA+MBA is a five year Integrated Degree Programme. Encompassing a total of ten semesters, it formulates and strengthens tomorrow’s business entrepreneurs and pioneers, immediately after their higher secondary education. The BBA+MBA programme will be launched in the academic year 2020 – 21; through which Shine College proposes to inculcate vocational orientation , responsiveness and career focus in students, from an early age. This program will cover all concepts of Management Education with innovative teaching methods and impart the necessary skills that gradually contribute to individual transformation. BBA+MBA carries a maximum of 100 marks, with 70 marks for End of Semester Examinations and 30 marks for Internal Examinations.
BBA + Aviation
This is an optional add on course offered to the students pursuing BBA. The course is structured to lay a grounded foundation for a modern and practical aviation career. The course is well designed to meet the demands of international aviation industry by providing a comprehensive background in aviation studies, airline and airport management.

GD-PI-ST are conducted in two phases. During the first phase CAT-2019 and MAT-December 2019 – entrance examination scores are considered. The second phase considers CMAT-January 2020, KMAT (Kerala)- 2020* and MAT-February 2020# scores.

However, any candidates who could not attend the first phase of GD-PI-ST can attend the same during the second phase. Further a candidate can attend GD-PI-ST only once during an admission year.

SHINE College of management courses have widely been recognized by the industrial fraternity for its curriculum, delivery of the courses and the practical orientation and real time exposure given to the students. The core strength, the industrial exposure, by way of the field work training/industry visit has given the programmes a differentiating advantage over the other institutes’ degrees.
