Courses offered
Shine College offers a four semester, regular Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, that administers a vantage point on real world management from diverse perspectives. It is inclusive of a summer internship program after the first two semesters. The Project report work on the same shall be carried out in the subsequent semesters. The maximum marks that may be awarded for internal examinations and end of semester examinations shall be 30 marks and 70 marks respectively, totaling to 100 marks, for all MBA courses.

Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) is a 3 year course which helps in building a base in core business disciplines. The course teaches the students various aspects that are necessary for effective business management and essential for entrepreneurs and business managers. It focusses mostly on the leadership and management part of running a company. BBA holders have great opportunity in finding a job in all sectors including Public as well as Private sector industrial world. The methodology of the course includes lectures, seminars, paper presentations, assignments and dissertation.
BBA+MBA is a five year Integrated Degree Programme. Encompassing a total of ten semesters, it formulates and strengthens tomorrow’s business entrepreneurs and pioneers, immediately after their higher secondary education. The BBA+MBA programme will be launched in the academic year 2020 – 21; through which Shine College proposes to inculcate vocational orientation , responsiveness and career focus in students, from an early age. This program will cover all concepts of Management Education with innovative teaching methods and impart the necessary skills that gradually contribute to individual transformation. BBA+MBA carries a maximum of 100 marks, with 70 marks for End of Semester Examinations and 30 marks for Internal Examinations.
This is an optional add on course offered to the students pursuing BBA. The course is structured to lay a grounded foundation for a modern and practical aviation career. The course is well designed to meet the demands of international aviation industry by providing a comprehensive background in aviation studies, airline and airport management.

History of Shine Group
Shine group is a group of business and service concerns which has an outstanding performance in various fields of production and service in building construction for about 40 years under the eminent leadership of the Hon. founder Chairman Sri. L. Sathyadas. It started from a humble beginning with a factory producing cement based products like hollow bricks, concrete doors and window frame. Due to the uncompromised quality in products coupled with responsive customer care and after sales service, the project developed into a factory manufacturing wide range of cement based products meant for building construction, an unique establishment of its kind known to South Kerala & Tamil Nadu. The education institution, Shine College is of later in origin imparting quality higher education.The group was awarded with Best Entrepreneur award in the year 2006-07 by the Government of Kerala and the is duly accredited with ISO 9001 :2015 certification for quality management and systematic approach.
